When are the wardens going to crack down on people who pick up dog faeces in their gardens and throw it down the public water drain on the street! Its only a matter of time (with our current bad weather) before we get mass flooding and people blocking up water drains are only exaserbating this problem.Someone already admitted to doing this and the litter warden did not charge them! What's the point in having rules and regulations if even the warden's are not enforcing them.
